Following graduation from The University of Miami, Mr. Iglesias worked for, Shutts & Bowen, L.L.P., a leading Florida law firm.  He was accepted to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas on November 8, 1985.  Mr. Iglesias began his career as an attorney in Houston, Texas participating in all aspects of commercial, business, personal injury, and tort cases from pre-suit to trial.  On April 1, 1992, he helped form the law firm of Olinde & Iglesias, P.C. to represent individuals and businesses involved in personal injury, family, commercial, and business litigation cases.  He was accepted to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida on July 13, 1992.  Mr. Iglesias joined Sprain Law Firm, P.C. in 2007.  Over the course of 35 years of practicing law, Mr. Iglesias has represented numerous individuals in personal injury, family law, and business litigation.  He has also assisted numerous businesses in the start-up of their businesses and in navigating through commercial and business litigations.  His ability to speak Spanish fluently, has allowed Mr. Iglesias to aid many Spanish-speaking clients who have been required to become involved in the Texas legal system.  Mr. Iglesias and his wife have two children.
